The Ghanaian music industry especially the highlife fraternity has lost a legendary musician this morning.

In a post noticed by ghcountdown.com from a renowned music producer Fred Kyei Mensah confirms the sudden death of Kofi Boakye Yiadom, popularly known as Kofi B.[sc name=”ghcountdown” ]

Kofi Boakye Yiadom, aka Kofi B, was a modern highlife musician who stays true to the rudiments of the genre. He literally jumped into the spotlight from nowhere with his solemn and thought-provoking hit song, ‘Mmobrowa’.[sc name=”ghcountdown” ]

He has always wanted to be a lawyer and feels he happens to be in music by chance even though his family has a liking for music.[sc name=”ghcountdown” ]
