It’s about a month now 3 police officers and three others people who was accuse of 48 years of age of Mr Abu Bukari Gbaharah death at Seikwa Tain,in the Bono Region of Ghana.
He was secretly buried and was allegedly tortured by the police officers in custody which lead him to his death all because he broke the manager’s of Nkoranman Rural Bank car wind screen.

About three weeks ago,the 6 accused persons were charged on two count, conspiracy to commit a crime and murder, contrary to section 23 (1) and also 46 of the criminal offenses act 1960 (Act 29), and murder.
They remanded by the District Magistrate Court B in Sunyani Bono Region presided over by his Lordship JoJo Hagan to reappear on court may 11.
After their second appearance they were directed to reappear again in court on May 25 which the time was not due and Mr Emmanuel Offori was granted a bail Gh¢100,000 by the Suyanni high court with two sureties to the third accused person who was involve in the death and secret burial of Abu Bukari Gbaharah in Seikwa.
The judge will be the decider weather he will grant the remaining 5 persons bail when they reappear court on June 3, 2021 or not.
Mr Emmanuel Ofori granted bail because of his health condition which he was admitted at the hospital.
He will therefore report him self to the CID every Wednesday and the two sureties are to submit a passport picture to the court registrar.
The bail application at the Sunyani high court II was adjourned to Thursday 3rd June 2021 at 10:30 am.
