Ghanaian singer Gyakie is brokenhearted on her new single.
Titled ‘Never Like This,’ she calls out an unnamed person for making her the not-so-good-person she is now. “I never was like this,” sings Gyakie on the Sosa-produced record. “You did me bad.”
The song is her second official record after her debut ‘Love Is Pretty’ was released months ago. The song has over 13, 000 plays on Soundcloud, and gained rotation on some radio stations.
It garnered her praise from the likes of Nana Aba Anamoah, Ko-Jo Cue and Caroline Sampson.
“This is something I never imagined and I’m so grateful for all the support” stated the singer following the plaudits.
